Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Gurugram for an experienced Human Resources Manager. The role involves overseeing and managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance. The HR Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing HR policies, managing employee onboarding and development programs, fostering a positive workplace culture, facilitating performance evaluations, and ensuring legal compliance. The role also requires collaboration with team leads, addressing employee concerns, and contributing to strategic workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and fostering Workplace Culture
- Strong skills in Training, Employee Development, and Performance Management
- In-depth knowledge of HR Policies, Labor Laws, and Compliance Requirements
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and build strong interdepartmental relationships
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus
