Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Manesar. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The role involves managing payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records in coordination with the finance team. The HR Manager will handle employee relations, support conflict resolution, and drive engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. The position also includes planning and delivering training programs, supporting organizational development, and partnering with leadership on workforce planning and succession strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering an inclusive, respectful workplace culture.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in the Indian manufacturing or similar sector.
- Proficiency in HRIS/HRMS tools, MS Office (especially Excel), LinkedIN and familiarity with payroll coordination and attendance tracking.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a specialized HR certification or MBA in HR is an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, preferably in manufacturing, furniture, or consumer goods industries.
