🚨 We’re Hiring: HR Manager – Mango Tree Resorts (Garhmukteshwar)

📍 Location: Garhmukteshwar (On-site | Accommodation available | Open to relocation)
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for resort operations
• Identify, attract, and hire quality candidates aligned with hospitality standards
• Build strong pipelines through industry networks and references
• Develop and maintain relationships with hotel management institutes and training institutions for ongoing hiring needs
• Understand ground-level hiring challenges and implement practical solutions
• Ensure smooth onboarding and workforce planning for current and future expansion
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in HR/recruitment within hospitality, hotels, or resorts
• Strong industry connections and networking skills
• Ability to collaborate with institutes and build long-term talent channels
• Well-qualified with a professional approach and leadership mindset
• Someone who is proactive, reliable, and understands the importance of hiring the right people—not just filling positions
