Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws. The role involves crafting HR policies, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing career development plans. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for fostering a positive work culture and handling employee benefits and organizational development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in recruitment strategies, onboarding processes, and talent acquisition
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws, compliance guidelines, and HR policies
- Familiarity with performance evaluations, career development planning, and employee relations
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with payroll management and employee benefits administration
- Proficiency in HR management software is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with relevant professional certification
