Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Noida. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, talent development, and organizational compliance. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, ensuring policies align with legal requirements, supporting employee engagement, leading performance management processes, and fostering a company culture that promotes collaboration and growth. The HR Manager will also be involved in workforce planning, compensation and benefits administration, and driving diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
  • Expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and developing a positive organizational culture
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance standards
  • Experience with performance management, training, and employee development
  • Proficiency in compensation and benefits management, as well as other HR operations
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus)
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment
