About the RoleLunar Wave LLC is a fast-growing digital products company scaling multiple e-commerce brands globally. We are looking for a Human Resources Manager who can take ownership of hiring, team structure, and internal systems in a high-performance environment.
This role focuses on building strong teams, improving hiring speed and quality, and creating systems that support scale.
Key Responsibilities- Own end-to-end recruitment across roles (creative, marketing, operations)
- Build and maintain a strong hiring pipeline
- Design and execute structured onboarding processes
- Track employee performance and manage review cycles
- Maintain discipline, accountability, and team standards
- Handle HR operations including attendance, documentation, and payroll coordination
- Identify top performers and support retention and growth
Requirements- 2–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Ability to take ownership and work closely with leadership
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Systems-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Preferred- Experience hiring for creative or performance marketing roles
- Experience building HR processes from scratch
- Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Notion, and Google Sheets
