Job Description – HR Manager
Location: Jaipur, India
Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and dependable HR Manager who can independently handle the complete HR function for the organization. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance coordination, policies, performance management, and day-to-day employee matters singlehandedly.
This role requires someone who is organized, people-oriented, solution-driven, and capable of building strong HR systems in a fast-paced environment.
#Key Responsibilities#
Recruitment & Onboarding
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process across departments
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Source candidates through portals, references, and social platforms
• Handle offer letters, documentation, and onboarding formalities
• Ensure smooth joining experience for new employees
HR Operations
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Manage attendance, leave records, and employee databases
• Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts/payroll team
• Handle employee letters, confirmations, warning letters, and exit formalities
• Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs
Employee Engagement
• Organize employee engagement activities and team events
• Conduct regular employee connect sessions
• Support management in maintaining positive work culture
• Address employee grievances professionally and confidentially
Performance Management
• Coordinate appraisal and performance review process
• Track employee KPIs and performance discussions
• Assist managers in performance improvement planning
Compliance & Administration
• Coordinate statutory compliance with consultants/vendors
• Ensure adherence to company policies and labor regulations
• Support management with HR reports and MIS
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of HR generalist experience
• Ability to independently manage complete HR operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of recruitment and employee lifecycle management
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools
• Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving ability

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Positive attitude and professional approach
• Experience in service industry or consulting firms will be an advantage
