Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The position is based in Gandhidham and involves overseeing and managing the HR operations of the organization. Key responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee engagement, training and development, compliance with labor laws, performance management, and maintaining company HR policies. The HR Manager will work closely with leadership to support organizational growth and foster a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment processes
- Experience in Employee Engagement and Employee Relations
- Skills in Training, Development, and Performance Management
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance frameworks
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage end-to-end HR operations effectively
- Familiarity with HR software and tools is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are a plus
