Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kozhikode for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, developing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and driving talent development initiatives. Additional responsibilities include maintaining compliance with employment regulations, managing compensation and benefits, planning team engagement activities, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Experience in HR policy development, compliance, and employment law
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and the ability to handle workplace conflicts effectively
- Skills in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development
- Ability to manage compensation, benefits programs, and performance management systems
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with HR software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree or HR certification is a plus
- Previous experience in a managerial HR role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, is an advantage
