The Human Resources Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance with employment laws. They will develop and implement HR strategies, manage performance reviews, design employee engagement initiatives, and ensure a positive and productive workplace. Additionally, the role involves crafting policies, promoting employee development, and maintaining accurate HR documentation.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Proficiency in HR policies, compliance, and employment law
- Strong skills in performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement
- Capability in conflict resolution, decision-making, and fostering a positive organizational culture
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to detail and discretion
- Ability to work effectively on-site and manage diverse teams
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is a strong advantage
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant certification such as SHRM or PHR is a plus
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is desirable
