Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations while managing and optimizing the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Workday, strong knowledge of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, reporting, compliance, and HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
- Administer and maintain the Workday HCM platform.
- Configure and manage Workday business processes, security roles, organizational structures, and workflows.
- Create and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
- Support HR operations, payroll, compensation, benefits, talent management, and performance processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance within Workday.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to improve HR processes.
- Troubleshoot Workday issues and coordinate system enhancements and releases.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Analyze HR metrics and generate reports for leadership.
- Support audits and maintain HR documentation.
- Train HR users on Workday functionality and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with Workday HCM is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience with Workday reporting, business process configuration, and security.
- Knowledge of HR compliance and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Workday modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, and Talent Management.
- Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, APIs).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills.
