Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Key responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee engagement initiatives, performance management, handling employee relations, and overseeing training and development programs. The role also requires participation in crafting HR strategies to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR operations, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws
- Proficiency in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
- Strong skills in employee engagement, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Experience in designing and delivering training and development programs
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of HR technologies and tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree or HR certification is a plus
