Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role located in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing all HR operations, managing employee relations, recruiting and onboarding, and ensuring legal compliance. The manager will also develop and implement HR policies, design training programs, handle performance appraisals, and contribute to creating a positive workplace culture. A key focus will be on strategy development to attract, retain, and nurture top talent in alignment with the company's goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and retention.
- Expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in designing and implementing training and development programs.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications like SHRM or PHR are advantageous.
- Prior experience in luxury or automotive industries is a plus.
