Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Rajkot. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment processes, manage employee relations, enforce company policies, and support organizational development. Additional responsibilities include maintaining compliance with labor laws, training and development programs, and monitoring performance management systems. The HR Manager will collaborate closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes
- Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and implementing HR policies
- Skills in performance management, training, and employee development
- Proficiency in compliance with labor laws and HR regulations
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
- Work experience in corporate HR or consultancy environment is an advantage
