Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to establish and lead the Human Resources function at our new Noida office. This is a foundational role — you will be responsible for setting up HR processes from the ground up, hiring the right talent, and building a positive, performance-driven workplace culture aligned with Laadli Group's values.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all departments at the Noida office
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, consultants, and referrals
- Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
- Design and execute a smooth onboarding experience for all new joiners
2) HR Operations & Compliance
- Set up HR policies, employee handbook, and standard operating procedures for the Noida office
- Manage employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave management
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.)
- Liaise with payroll teams for timely and accurate salary processing
3) Employee Relations & Culture
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture
- Organize team engagement activities, events, and recognition programs
4) Performance Management
- Implement and manage appraisal cycles — KRA/KPI setting, mid-year reviews, and annual assessments
- Support managers in providing structured feedback and developing their teams
- Identify training needs and coordinate L&D initiatives
5) Strategic HR Partnership
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals
- Provide regular MIS reports on headcount, attrition, and hiring pipeline
- Support workforce planning as the Noida office scales
Qualifications & Requirements:
1) Education
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline with relevant HR experience
2) Experience
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in Real Estate, Construction, or related industries
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations
- Prior experience of setting up or managing HR for a new office/branch is a strong
3) Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
- High integrity, discretion, and people-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
