Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Human Resources Manager located in Anand, Gujarat. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational policies. Additional responsibilities include implementing HR strategies, analyzing workforce needs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and creating a positive and productive workplace culture for all employees.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Employee Onboarding
- Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
- Experience in Policy Development, Labor Law Compliance, and HR Processes
- Effective Communication, Decision-Making, and Leadership Skills
- Proficiency in HR software, systems, and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry is advantageous
