Job Description – IT HR Manager (Payroll & Operations)
Job Title: IT HR Manager – Payroll & Operations
Location: Rajkot
Department: Human Resources
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handle complete payroll process including salary calculation, attendance, leave management, deductions, and incentive calculations.
- Prepare and implement HR policies, company structures, and employee guidelines.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and culture-building initiatives.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and payroll reports.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and overall HR operations.
- Coordinate with management for workforce planning and performance management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
- Experience in IT recruitment, payroll, and HR operations.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/payroll tools.
