Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end HR function at Kayashree Ayurveda. Daily responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and administering compensation, benefits, and HR policies in line with company standards and local regulations. The role involves supporting performance management processes, facilitating training and development initiatives, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with Ayurvedic and wellness-oriented values. The Human Resources Manager will also handle employee relations, support conflict resolution, ensure compliance with labor laws, and collaborate with leadership on HR strategy and organizational development.

- Candidates should possess strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding to effectively build and support teams.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR policy development, performance management, and employee engagement to maintain a fair and motivating work environment.
- Candidates should possess skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and counseling to handle workplace issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR operations, record-keeping, and HRIS or HR software usage to ensure accurate and efficient HR administration.
- Candidates should possess skills in labor law compliance, statutory documentation, and risk management to uphold regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels.
- Relevant experience as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or consumer products sectors, is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; professional HR certifications are an added advantage.
