Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee the end-to-end HR function, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations. This role involves designing and implementing HR policies, maintaining compliance with labor laws and company standards, and providing guidance to management and staff on HR-related matters. The Human Resources Manager will collaborate with leadership and consultants to understand staffing needs, support campus and off-site recruitment drives, and improve HR processes for training and placement services. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, requiring regular interaction with internal teams and external partners to support organizational growth and a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and interviewing, with experience in managing hiring for multiple domains such as BPO, KPO, RPO, sales, marketing, and back office.
- Proficiency in HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, HR policy implementation, and maintaining employee records.
- Experience in performance management, employee engagement, conflict resolution, and handling employee grievances with fairness and confidentiality.
- Good understanding of labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in workplace ethics and diversity.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate between clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities, including data-driven decision-making and HR reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification or HR certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a recruitment or training-focused organization is preferred, especially within the services sector.
