Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in the Calicut area. The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, payroll management, and compliance with labor laws. The role involves developing policies, managing performance appraisals, implementing training programs, and fostering a positive work culture. Additionally, the HR Manager will regularly collaborate with the leadership team to align HR strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, and employee engagement processes
- Strong knowledge in performance management, HR policies, and labor laws
- Skills in training, development, and creating effective workplace policies
- Proficiency in payroll management and HR software tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in an HR manager or similar role is preferred
Required Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (Preferred)
- 5+ years HR experience in Distribution / Retail Industry
- Experience working with LFRs (Reliance Digital, Lulu, Croma, etc.)
- Strong recruitment and people management experience
- Good knowledge of Kerala labour laws
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in HRMS systems and MS Excel
- Salary Is Upto 60K
