Position: Human Resources Manager (Mumbai)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai. The role involves managing end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

The incumbent will drive talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and performance management while ensuring compliance with labour laws and internal policies. The role also includes overseeing compensation & benefits, employee engagement, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Additionally, the position requires close collaboration with leadership on HR strategy, audits, statutory compliance, and overall HR operations to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition strategies
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations
  • Drive performance management, training, and development initiatives
  • Lead organizational development and employee engagement programs
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
  • Provide strategic HR support to leadership
  • Handle conflict resolution and promote a positive work culture
  • Maintain HR systems, records, and reporting
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master’s degree or HR certification is an added advantage
  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in manufacturing/industrial sector
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition strategies
  • Expertise in employee relations, policy development, and labour law compliance
  • Experience in performance management, training, and organizational development
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in HR software/tools with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
