Role Overview
We are looking for a HR Manager to manage recruitment, employee experience, and HR operations
within the organization. The role involves handling end-to-end hiring, employee onboarding, HR documentation, employee engagement, and coordination of HR processes. The HR Manager will work closely with leadership to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments including sourcing, screening,
interviewing coordination, and offer rollouts.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and
networking.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires including orientation, documentation, and team
integration.
Employee Integration & Experience
- Develop structured onboarding journeys and 30-60-90-day integration plans for new
employees.
- Support employee experience across key lifecycle stages including joining, confirmation, role
transitions, and exits.
HR Documentation, Compliance & Data Management
- Maintain accurate employee records including contracts, policies, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Maintain and organize HR databases and documentation systems.
Payroll, Attendance & Leave Management
- Track attendance and leave management systems.
- Coordinate with Finance/Admin teams for payroll inputs and monthly payroll closure.
- Address discrepancies related to attendance or payroll records.
Culture, Events & Internal Communication
- Plan and execute internal engagement activities including team events, celebrations, and
town halls.
- Support initiatives that strengthen the organization’s culture and internal communication.
- Conduct employee feedback mechanisms such as surveys and engagement check-ins.
Employee Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and HR-related concerns.
- Support conflict resolution and employee grievance handling.
- Promote a healthy and collaborative work environment.
Candidate Requirements
1–5 years of experience in HR operations or human resource management.
Experience in recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR documentation.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple HR processes in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with HR compliance and labour regulations.
Work Schedule
Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Monday
Work Mode: On-site (South Extension Office, New Delhi)
Reporting Structure
Reports to: Founder / Senior Leadership Team
