Role Description
The Human Resources Manager will oversee the HR operations, ensuring efficient recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with employment regulations. This role involves developing and implementing HR policies, providing guidance on employee relations, managing payroll and benefits, and training programs to support staff development. The position is a contract role based on-site at our South Delhi campus, offering an opportunity to contribute to the growth and well-being of a dynamic, design-focused team.
Qualifications
- HR Management skills, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and policy implementation
- Performance Management and Employee Relations skills
- Experience in Payroll, Benefits Administration, and Compliance
- Training and Staff Development expertise
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in HR software tools and systems (keka, Zoho or any other is must)
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the education or creative industry is a plus
Salary- 40-45k
Working days and timings: Monday to Saturday; 10-6 pm
