Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Vadodara, Gujarat. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with applicable labor laws. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, facilitating employee training programs, and managing policies and procedures. The role also involves fostering a positive workplace culture, collaborating with leadership for organizational development, and promoting effective communication across departments.
Qualifications
- Human Resources skills, including recruitment, employee relations, and talent management
- Experience in policy development, compliance management, and performance evaluation
- Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making abilities
- Communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using HR software and tools
- Ability to work on-site and manage tasks within tight deadlines
- Previous experience in an educational institution or similar environment is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
