About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and mature HR professional who can independently manage the complete HRBP function for a small-sized but growing team. The candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, policy implementation, hiring coordination, and management support.
The role requires a proactive individual who can work closely with leadership and help build a professional, disciplined, and growth-oriented work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete HRBP activities for the organization
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
- Support employee lifecycle management including joining, engagement, performance discussions, and exit formalities
- Maintain HR policies, processes, and employee documentation
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and HR records
- Ensure employee discipline, workplace professionalism, and policy compliance
- Act as a bridge between management and employees
- Support management in organization structuring and workforce planning
- Handle employee grievance management and conflict resolution
- Coordinate with external vendors/agencies whenever required
- Assist in implementing HR systems and process improvements
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience with strong HRBP exposure
- Experience handling HR functions independently
- Good understanding of HR operations, compliance, and employee management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Mature, trustworthy, and process-oriented professional
- Comfortable working in a small and dynamic team environment
- Preference for candidates having experience with SMEs, IT companies, or international work culture
