Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR processes, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities include implementing HR initiatives, leading onboarding and training programs, creating policies, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role also involves advising leadership on organizational strategy and promoting employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Onboarding processes
- Experience in Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution
- Strong understanding of Performance Management, Compensation, and Benefits structures
- Proficiency in labor laws, workplace compliance, and HR policies
- Demonstrated ability to implement effective Training and Development programs
- Leadership and Strategic Thinking capabilities to guide HR initiatives
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Organizational Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Experience in the manufacturing or technology industry is a plus
