Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive who can independently manage recruitment, HR operations, and company culture while working remotely. This role requires strong coordination skills, ownership, and people-first thinking.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring- Post and manage job listings across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.)
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with founders
- Ensure smooth candidate communication and follow-ups
2. HR Operations- Manage HR tools/software for:
- Leave tracking
- Incentives & performance tracking
- Reimbursements
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Ensure timely updates and accuracy in HR systems
3. HR Policy & Compliance- Create, implement, and update HR policies
- Ensure policies are followed across the organization
- Build structured processes for onboarding, attendance, and performance
4. Company Culture & Engagement- Maintain and strengthen company culture in a remote setup
- Plan team engagement activities and check-ins
- Act as a bridge between team members and founders
- Ensure a positive, motivated, and productive work environment
Requirements- 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment (preferred)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience with hiring platforms and HR tools
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Organized, detail-oriented, and people-centric approach
