Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle for IEEE’s Nashik location, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding. This role will manage HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and organizational standards, and serve as a key point of contact for employee relations and conflict resolution. The Human Resources Manager will collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, compensation and benefits administration, and talent development initiatives. The position also involves maintaining accurate HR records, preparing HR reports and analytics, and supporting change management and organizational development activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong HR generalist skills, including experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Candidates should possess skills in policy development, HR documentation, compliance with labor laws, and implementation of HR best practices.
- Candidates should possess skills in compensation and benefits administration, HR budgeting, and vendor coordination related to HR services.
- Candidates should possess skills in training and development, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in HRIS or HR management systems, MS Office tools, and basic HR reporting and analytics.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in an HR management or senior HR generalist role, preferably in a technology, engineering, or professional services organization.
