Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Udaipur for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment processes, develop and implement HR strategies and policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws. The role will also include performance management, employee engagement initiatives, conducting training and development sessions, and supporting leadership with organizational development. Regular reporting and analysis of HR metrics will also be a part of the responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding
- Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
- Experience with HR Policies, Compliance, and Labor Law regulations
- Ability to develop and implement Training and Development programs
- Excellent Communication, Organizational, and Leadership skills
- Familiarity with HR software and data management
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a leadership or managerial capacity
- Preparing payroll and processing payroll
