About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Manager who can effectively bridge Human Resources and Operations Management to create a productive, positive, and well-organized workplace. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and can seamlessly manage employee engagement along with day-to-day operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
π₯ Human Resources Management
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and employee induction.
- Foster a healthy and positive workplace culture through effective employee engagement.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support employee growth & development initiatives.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
βοΈ Operational Management
- Streamline office operations and implement efficient processes to improve productivity.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Manage office administration, facility maintenance, and procurement activities.
- Prepare operational reports and identify areas for process improvement.
- Ensure timely coordination between teams for smooth execution of daily activities.
π€ Coordination & Communication
- Act as a key point of contact between departments for seamless collaboration.
- Organize and lead internal meetings and team discussions.
- Ensure effective communication flow across the organization.
- Support management in implementing organizational strategies and initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelorβs Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
β
At least 3 years of experience in HR and Operations role
β
Good understanding of HR practices, labour laws, and employee management
β
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
β
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
β
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools
β
Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
Work Schedule
π 10:00 am to 7:00 pm for Monday to Saturday
