Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and people‑oriented HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department and support the growth of our organization. If you have strong leadership skills, deep HR knowledge, and a passion for building high‑performing teams, this opportunity is for you!
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and procedures aligned with company goals.
- Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and employee development programs.
- Maintain employee engagement, handle grievances, and support a healthy work culture.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company standards.

🔹 Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR / Business Administration.
- 5 to 10 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Executive.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS/Payroll software.
