Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Manesar for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, as well as develop and implement HR policies and strategies aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing payroll, benefits administration, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work culture to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. The role also involves designing professional development initiatives and supporting organizational growth through strategic workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Skills in designing and implementing HR policies, performance management, and talent development strategies
- Expertise in payroll management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to foster a positive workplace culture and drive initiatives for employee engagement and productivity
- Experience in data-driven decision-making and conducting workforce analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
- Proficiency in HR software and systems is an advantage
