Job Title: HR Manager – People & Culture
Location: HSR Layout, Sector 2
Experience Required: 05+ Years in Human Resources with Leadership Experience
About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Manager – People & Culture to lead our HR function and foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving people strategies, aligning HR practices with business goals, and creating an inclusive environment where employees feel engaged, empowered, and valued.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational growth, culture, and long-term business objectives.
- Lead all aspects of the employee lifecycle including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, engagement, and retention.
- Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives to build a respectful and inclusive workplace.
- Partner with leadership teams to drive organizational change, succession planning, and workforce development.
- Design and implement programs for employee learning, leadership development, and career progression.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to ensure fairness and market competitiveness.
- Foster a culture of continuous feedback, recognition, and open communication.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and industry best practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and a people advocate across the organization.
Key Skills & Competencies :
- Strong expertise in People & Culture strategy and HR operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in driving employee engagement and cultural transformation.
- Ability to manage change and build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
- In-depth knowledge of HR laws, policies, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in dynamic and growing organizations.
- Demonstrated experience in leading People & Culture initiatives at a managerial level.
