HS Foundation is seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to help build and strengthen our mission-driven workforce.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
✔ 5–8 years of HR experience
✔ Experience in NGOs, social enterprises, or mission-driven organizations preferred
✔ Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance requirements
✔ Excellent people management and organizational skills
