Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role located in Mumbai. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The role also involves handling performance management, conducting training programs, and fostering a positive workplace culture to support organizational growth and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Familiarity with labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices
- Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities, and training facilitation skills
- Proficiency in HR management software and tools
- Previous experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
