One of Our Client is hiring for Factory HR Manager with 8-12 years experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee welfare.
- Handle statutory compliances (Factories Act, Labour Laws, PF, ESI, etc.).
- Develop and implement HR policies, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
- Drive training & development programs for workers, staff, and management.
- Oversee shift management, attendance, and leave administration.
- Foster employee engagement and retention in line with company culture.
- Liaise with management for manpower planning and organizational development.
