We are actively looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional for the position of Sr. Manager – HR Operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Payroll Management, Statutory Compliance, and end-to-end HR Operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, and Labor Laws
• Handle labor law compliance, audits, and HR operational processes
• Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, attendance, exit formalities, etc.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Drive HR operational excellence and process improvements
🔹 Required Skills:
✔ Strong understanding of payroll systems and HR operations
✔ In-depth knowledge of statutory compliance and labor laws
✔ Excellent leadership and team management skills
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
✔ Ability to manage large-scale HR operations efficiently
✅ Preferred Candidate:
• 10+ years of relevant experience in HR Operations
• Hands-on expertise in payroll and compliance management
• Experience in handling HR audits and operational frameworks
