🔹 Role: HR Manager

🔹 Location: Plot No 1408–1409, Phase 1 Industrial Area, Sector 38, Rai, Sonipat, Haryana ,131029
🔹 Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies
• Handle employee engagement and retention
• Oversee performance management systems
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of HR practices, systems, and labor laws
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
