About the Company: This is a group-level position based at our head office in Bhuj-Kutch.
About the Role: You will report directly to the CEO and own everything people-related across all 15 properties — hiring, induction, compliance, performance, staff policy and payroll. You will also manage a growing team: a Training Manager joining alongside you, followed by an HR Executive and Coordinator over the next year.
Responsibilities:
- Manage hiring, induction, compliance, performance, staff policy, and payroll across all properties.
- Conduct a staffing audit across all properties.
- Launch the first structured induction cycle using our 16-SOP operational playbook.
- Work alongside the tech team to fully deploy the custom-built CRM with an HR module.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years in HR (Hospitality Preferred)
- Proven track record managing people across multiple locations simultaneously.
- Fluency in English, Hindi.
- Single-property experience will not be sufficient for this role.
Required Skills:
- Experience in building HR infrastructure.
- Ability to manage a growing team.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with custom-built CRM systems.
- Knowledge of performance management systems.
