Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Bangalore Urban. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and career development planning. Additional responsibilities include managing HR policies, performance management systems, compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture to support both organizational objectives and employee well-being.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in recruitment and talent acquisition, including experience in sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding processes.
- Knowledge of performance management, employee engagement, career development frameworks, and organizational planning.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR policy management, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HR tools, software, and systems for managing employee data and workflows.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to foster a productive and inclusive workplace.
- Ability to handle conflict resolution, drive employee retention strategies, and promote diversity and inclusion.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in the technology sector or a similar industry is a plus.
