Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior HR Manager who will play a strategic and hands-on role in building and
scaling our people function. This role will work closely with the founders to design and implement
HR strategies, build a strong culture, and drive employee experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and build the People & Culture function
• Define and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes
• Drive end-to-end recruitment for Tech and Non-Tech roles
• Implement performance management systems and initiatives
• Build organizational culture and employee engagement programs
• Track HR metrics and dashboards
• Manage compensation & benefits strategy
• Ensure compliance with employment laws
• Support talent assessment and succession planning
• Launch HR initiatives (engagement, grievance, L&D;)
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field
• 6+ years in HR leadership role (startup preferred)
• Experience working with business leaders
• Strong HR frameworks and compliance knowledge
• Talent assessment experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills
