We are building a people-first, performance-driven organization and are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to lead and strengthen our human resources function.
Role Overview
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and HR strategy. This role will play a key part in scaling the organization, building strong HR processes, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate, operations, sales, and logistics roles
- Partner with business heads to understand manpower needs and hiring plans
- Manage onboarding and induction programs for new hires
2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Oversee employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Manage confirmation, transfers, promotions, exits, and full & final settlements
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations
3. Policy Development & Compliance
- Draft, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, statutory requirements, and audits
- Handle disciplinary actions and grievance redressal
4. Performance Management & Learning
- Drive performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting frameworks
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development initiatives
- Support leadership in building high-performance teams
5. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and values-driven work culture
- Act as a trusted HR partner to employees and management
6. HR Strategy & Leadership Support
- Provide HR insights and reports to senior management
- Support organizational restructuring, change management, and scaling plans
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
- 6–10 years of progressive HR experience (logistics, e-commerce, or startup experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
