Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Mumbai with some flexibility to work from home. The Human Resources Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and talent development. Additional responsibilities include policy development, payroll management, performance evaluation, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The role also involves taking strategic initiatives to ensure workforce productivity and alignment with the organization’s goals.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Onboarding processes
- Experience in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Employee Engagement
- Skills in Payroll Management, HR Compliance, and Policy Development
- Proficiency in Performance Management, Training, and Talent Development
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and adaptability
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications such as SHRM or PHR are a plus)
- Prior experience in a similar HR management role, ideally within a fast-paced or manufacturing industry
Note : Salary is upto 6lakhs per annum depending on skill set and qualifications
