Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Meerut. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, policy development, performance management, and compliance. The role involves developing and executing strategic HR initiatives, maintaining employee records, addressing employee relations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills with experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance, with experience in developing employee handbooks and policies
- Performance management and employee engagement skills, including training and development program design
- Strong conflict resolution, problem-solving, and employee relations management abilities
- Proficiency in HR software, systems, and documentation management
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 3+ years of relevant experience in an HR Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations applicable in India
