Role Description
This is a full-time Human Resources Manager role based on-site in Kadi, India. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, and performance management to ensure a productive work environment. Key responsibilities include policy development, managing training programs, compliance with labor laws, and promoting organizational culture. The role also involves handling payroll, employee benefits, and conflict resolution while driving HR initiatives that support organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills, including workforce planning and onboarding
- Experience in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
- Proficiency in Policy Development and Compliance with Labor Laws
- Skills in Training Programs Development and Organizational Culture Building
- Familiarity with Payroll and Employee Benefits Management
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate within diverse teams
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in the manufacturing or agricultural industry is a plus
