- Manage payroll, compensation, benefits administration, and employee records with operational accuracy and confidentiality.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and create programs that enhance retention, collaboration, and workplace satisfaction.

- Build and manage a performance management framework tailored for technical, engineering, and research-driven teams.
- Foster a culture of innovation, agility, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Lead training, leadership development, and career progression initiatives for high-performing professionals.
- Enable a feedback-driven work environment through effective communication and employee engagement practices.
Compliance & HR Governance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, workplace safety standards, and HR best practices.
- Develop and maintain HR policies aligned with startup growth dynamics and aerospace/defense industry requirements.
- Support audits, documentation, and risk mitigation related to HR operations and compliance.
Strategic HR Partnership
- Partner closely with leadership on organizational development, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management initiatives.
- Provide strategic HR insights and data-driven recommendations to support business growth and team scalability.
- Lead internal communication initiatives to strengthen transparency, alignment, and company culture.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
