To support our massive growth phase, we are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and high-energy HR Lead to join us at our Goregaon Head Office.
Your First 30-Day Mission (Critical Priority)Build your own support system. Your immediate mandate upon joining will be to source, interview, and hire an Assistant to HR (HR Executive) to help you run operations seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Pan-India Recruitment- Source, screen, and hire the best talent across multiple business verticals: corporate office, factory-floor technical staff, and pan-India field sales teams.
- Leverage diverse hiring channels effectively: LinkedIn for design, corporate, and executive roles; Indeed, WorkIndia, and local portals for factory, logistics, and ground operations.
- Standardize the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate quickly into the SVLDPL culture.
2. Training Coordination & L&D (Learning & Development)- Work closely with the Design and Production heads to organize product launch training programs for our sales and client-facing teams.
- Coordinate and schedule weekly educational workshops with our premium vendors and technology partners to build continuous product awareness and technical mastery (strictly limited to 1 high-impact workshop per week).
3. Culture & Employee Engagement- Own the workplace vibe at our Goregaon headquarters! Keep the office highly engaged, positive, and collaborative.
- Design and execute regular team-building exercises, recreational activities, and interactive sessions that bridge the gap between office, design, sales, and manufacturing teams.
Who You Are- The Dynamic Recruiter: You have 3+ years of core HR and recruitment experience. You are equally comfortable talking to a senior lighting designer, an outbound sales powerhouse, or a factory assembly technician.
- The People Champion: You have high emotional intelligence (EQ) and excellent communication skills. You don't just "manage" employees; you motivate them.
- The Organized Coordinator: You possess top-tier multitasking skills, capable of shifting from scheduling a vendor workshop to drafting offer letters.
- Tech-Savvy: You actively use modern HR portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and are open to adopting new AI-driven hiring or management workflows.
- A background in the interior, design, lighting, manufacturing, or luxury retail industry is a massive plus.
