Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. They will implement HR strategies to foster a positive workplace culture, manage onboarding and training programs, and drive employee engagement initiatives. Additionally, they will handle conflict resolution, policy development, and collaborate with leadership to align HR processes with business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding
- Expertise in performance management, employee engagement, and workplace culture development
- Understanding of labor laws, compliance, and policy development
- Skills in conflict resolution, coaching, and mentorship
- Proficiency in HR software and tools, as well as data analysis for decision-making
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus)
