Geta.ai is a fast-growing AI-driven SaaS platform focused on Customer Engagement across WhatsApp, Voice, Web, SMS, and Email. As we scale our products and teams, we are looking for an HR Manager who can build and manage the people function from the ground up — not just process paperwork.
This is NOT a traditional HR role. This is a high-ownership, execution-heavy role combining Recruitment, People Operations, Performance Management, and Compensation structuring.

Role OverviewThe HR Manager will be responsible for end-to-end Human Resource functions including Talent Acquisition, Employee Lifecycle Management, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Systems, and People Strategy.
You will work closely with leadership and department heads to build a scalable, performance-driven culture aligned with a product-first organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Hiring
- Own complete recruitment lifecycle (JD creation, sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Hire across Tech, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations roles
- Build hiring pipelines using LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
- Improve hiring turnaround time and quality of hires
- Coordinate with hiring managers for structured interview processes
2. People Management & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage onboarding, probation tracking, confirmations, and exits
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR compliance
- Handle employee engagement, grievances, and workplace policies
- Build a strong performance-driven culture (not just attendance tracking)
3. Compensation & Benefits
- Design and manage salary structures, increments, and compensation benchmarks
- Handle payroll coordination, compensation revisions, and offer structuring
- Ensure internal pay parity and market-aligned compensation practices
- Manage HR budgets and workforce cost planning
4. Performance Management & HR Systems
- Implement performance review frameworks (KPIs, OKRs, appraisals)
- Track employee productivity and performance metrics
- Work with leadership on org structure and reporting hierarchy
- Develop HR policies aligned with a growing SaaS organization
5. HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain HR processes, policies, and SOPs
- Ensure statutory compliance and documentation standards
- Support audits, HR reporting, and internal documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–8+ years of experience in HR (Startup or SaaS preferred)
- Strong experience in Recruitment + People Operations (both mandatory)
- Proven experience in hiring for Tech/Product roles
- Hands-on with HRMS, hiring tools, and HR documentation
- Strong understanding of compensation structuring and HR policies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership mindset (execution > theory)
Good to Have (Bonus)
- Experience working in SaaS, AI, or Tech companies
- Experience scaling teams from 20 to 100+ employees
- Exposure to performance management frameworks (OKRs/KPIs)
- Experience in building HR processes from scratch
