Role Description
The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Erode, Tamil Nadu. The HR Manager will oversee and coordinate recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training programs, and performance management. They will ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies, handle conflict resolution and workplace issues, and collaborate with leadership to foster a positive and productive work environment. Additionally, the role involves maintaining personnel records, managing payroll processes, and ensuring employee well-being and engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Engagement Strategies
- Experience in Training and Development, Performance Management, and Succession Planning
- Thorough understanding of Labor Laws, Compliance, and Workplace Safety Standards
- Skilled in Administrative Tasks such as Payroll Management, Record Keeping, and Benefits Administration
- Effective Communication, Leadership, and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align HR strategies with organizational goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Professional HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, or similar is a plus
- Experience in manufacturing or apparel industry strongly preferred
